On April 5th Hunter College and Hong Kong Baptist University had a film exchange conference. Both of schools presented some excellent short films to discuss how we see our home. Through those films, I see the same perspectives and the different perspectives. For the same perspective, in the films “Can’t Shake Us” and “Yellowing”, both of them showed that when people get a hard time, how they treated and got over the dilemmas. Even though the situations were different, but both of them were brave to live as what they want. They did not give in to the dilemmas. The films got through the different perspectives to present the same concept. Therefore, film is called “the universal language”.
